Screaming Females is what happens when people forget bands like The Stooges, Minutemen and Dinosaur Jr.
Screaming Females is what needed to happen to remind young and old that we aren’t beings meant to be copies of each other, whether new yuppies or plain hipsters. Screaming Females is what needed to happen to remind people women can be tougher than men. Screaming Females is what needed to happen to show the world playing like Eddie Van Halen isn’t just for arenas or boys. Screaming Females is what needed to happen to remind anyone who has the pleasure of listening to be passionate about music and causes and fucking everything that matters.
