In what is certainly the most cringe-worthy live performance on late-night tv in recent memory, Billy Ray Cyrus sang a song on Arsenio Hall, and Fred Durst yelled some words that rhyme (sometimes) over it. The ‘song’ reached it’s climax in the way that all terrible karaoke duets reach their climax: out of touch and out of tune. Uproxx put it best:
